Arizona State USBC 2010 Women's Championship and 2010 Open Championship Tournaments Would you like to help us celebrate the sport of bowling? This year we have teamed with the Arizona Diamondbacks to help us promote the sport of bowling. This promotion includes an Arizona State USBC Day at Chase Field on July 11, 2010. Every bowler who signs up to participate in the Women's or Open Tournaments is eligible to receive a free ticket to this event. If the bowler does not wish to participate, an opt out block is included on the entry form on page 3. You do not have to participate in the tournament in order to join the celebration. Tickets to the event are $15.00 and are available through the state office. $5.00 of every ticket we sell will be returned to the Arizona USBC for our youth scholarship program.
We also have several raffle prizes available. They include viewing batting practice from the DBacks dugout, Chase Field Luxury Suite to the game of your choice for up to 18 people, 4 VIP seats behind home plate to the game of your choice, autographed items and more. Any questions or comments should be addressed to the Association Manager or the Arizona State USBC President. We hope that you will participate and help make this celebration one that Chase Field will never forget. Entry blanks for both tournaments are available for download below: Entry Form 58th Annual Women's Tournament Entry Form 63rd Annual Open Tournament Notice !!! On page 3 of the entry form there is an error on the Team Registration. The Average Block should be 2008-09 Book Average and not 2007-08. This error is on both the Women's and Open entry forms. On the Women's Entry Form we have discovered several errors and they are listed below: On Page 1 the totals per bowler should be $65.00 rather than $65.50 The address for Via Linda is 9027 E Via Linda and the area code is 480. We apologize for these errors and will try to ensure that they do not happen again.
